St. Brigid
The St. Brigid Choir is a group of volunteer singers with varying experience. Our repertoire includes unison and SATB selections of various musical genres, as well as supporting the congregation of hymns and acclamations during Mass. The Choir sings every Sunday at the 10:15am Mass from September through June, as well as the Christmas Eve Mass with a 45-minute concert prior to the 4:00pm Mass. The Choir practices every Sunday from 9am to 10pm and 11:30am to 12 noon, with the exception of January 29th, 2023. 7 To join or inquire about St. Brigid choir, please contact Dr. Thomas Parr.
St. James
The St. James Choir is a choral ensemble dedicated to singing a mix of the best of choral literature. Rehearsal is every Tuesday from 7pm till 8:30 pm in the church. The choir sings at most 11:00 am Sunday Masses and special events such as Bardstown Road Aglow. This ministry is also open to those who play musical instruments and to those blessed with vocal gifts to serve as cantor.
